1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MoneyPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The service is operated by eBacudo Company LLC, located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan WY 82801, United States.

2. Authorized Reseller

All payments and transactions on this site are processed by our authorized reseller, Digistore24 GmbH, who acts as the legal seller of record. Customers' rights, refund eligibility, and billing disputes are governed by Digistore24's terms of service and return policy.

3. Full Access

Your one-time payment grants you full access to the AI tools available within MoneyPilot at the time of purchase, as well as updates we choose to release. There are no recurring fees and no subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use MoneyPilot to: generate illegal content, harass others, create misleading or fraudulent materials, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any applicable laws.

5. App-Generated Insights & Content

Output generated by MoneyPilot is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for verifying accuracy and appropriateness of any AI-generated insights or actions taken via the dashboard.

6. Liability

eBacudo Company LLC is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

1. Data We Collect

We collect minimal data: your email, name, and encrypted password. Connected bank data is securely analyzed via APIs. Financial data is handled exclusively by Digistore24, our authorized payment partner.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to authenticate your account, provide the AI tools, and improve the platform. We never sell or rent your data.

3. AI Processing

Inputs you submit to our tools are sent to our secure AI providers for processing. We do not store the content of your inputs beyond the request, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@moneypilot.com to submit a request.

5. Email Communications and Unsubscribe

You may receive transactional emails (purchase confirmations, account updates, customer support replies) and occasional promotional emails or newsletters.

How to unsubscribe from promotional emails:

• • Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any promotional email you receive from us.
• • Email support@moneypilot.com with the subject "Unsubscribe" — we will remove your email from our promotional list within 5 business days.
• • Update your email preferences in your account settings (when logged in).

After unsubscribing, you will only receive necessary transactional emails (such as receipts or security notices) as required by law. EU customers have GDPR rights; California customers have CCPA rights.
